How soon should I order my invitations?
As early as possible! As soon as you know the details of your big day, we can start work on your stationery.
How do I order? Please contact me in the first instance, and I will guide you through the process! Once you have chosen your design, I will ask you to supply the wording that you would like inside your invitations and your photographs, if applicable to the design. I will send you a proof to approve, and ask for payment, before I complete your order. I will then give you a date by which your order will be posted.
How long will my order take?
A sample should take only a few days to arrive. From the day that you confirm your order to delivery normally takes 2-3 weeks. All stationery is printed to order, and the greatest of care is taken to ensure each piece is perfect. If you are in a particular hurry, please let me know and I will do all I can to make sure you get your order on time.
What if I want more stationery after placing the initial order?
No problem! I will keep your artwork design until after your wedding so that you can order extra items if you decide to later. You might want to order your order of services, menu cards, table plans, etc. at a later date, which is fine. It might be a good idea, when ordering invitations, to order a few more than you need for those last minute guests.
How much will I be charged for postage & packing?
You will be asked when ordering if you would prefer First Class or Recorded delivery, and a quote will be given to you then. All P&P charges will be kept to a minimum, and are charged at cost price.
What kind of photographs do you need for the Guess Who design? Head shots work best. For clarity, the head should be as big on the photograph as possible. You can send several photos if you are not sure, and I will choose those that work best.
Where should I send photographs? Please send your photographs to Toni Young, 56 Flax Down Gardens, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 0GX. All photos will be cared for and returned with your order.
How do I pay? You may pay by cheque (made payable to “Toni Young”, postal address is 56 Flax Down Gardens, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 0GX) or via PayPal (toniyoungphotography@fastmail.fm). It is not necessary to have a PayPal account, you simply need to enter your credit or debit card details. This is a secure payment method.
