Invitations FAQ
How soon should I order my invitations?
As early as possible! As soon as you know the details of your big day, we can start work on your stationery.
How do I order?
Please contact me in the first instance, and I will guide you through the process! Once you have chosen your design, I will ask you to supply the wording that you would like inside your invitations and your photographs, if applicable to the design. I will send you an e-proof to approve, and ask for payment before I complete your order. I will then give you a date by which your order will be posted.
How long will my order take?
From the day that you confirm your order to delivery normally takes 2-3 weeks. All stationery is printed to order, and the greatest of care is taken to ensure each piece is perfect. If you are in a particular hurry, please let me know and I will do all I can to make sure you get your order on time.
What if I want more stationery after placing the initial order?
No problem! I will keep your artwork design until after your wedding so that you can order extras later.
How much will I be charged for postage & packing?
Free postage and packing is offered on all invitations orders within the UK. For international orders, please see the Price List. Postage costs are always kept to a minimum.
What kind of photographs do you need for the Guess Who design?
Head shots work best. For clarity, the head should be as big on the photograph as possible. You can send several photos if you are not sure, and I will choose those that work best. Old and faded photographs are usually fine!
Where should I send photographs?
You can either scan your photos and send them as jpegs to mail@truebloom.co.uk, or you can send hard copies by post to Toni Young, 16 Stanier Court, Charles Warren Close, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 2XQ. Please send them by registered post if you are particularly worried about losing them. All photos will be treated with care and will be returned with your order.
How do I pay?
You can either pay by cheque (made payable to "Toni Young", postal address is 16 Stanier Court, Charles Warren Close, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV21 2XQ) or via PayPal (toniyoungphotography@fastmail.fm). It is not necessary to have a PayPal account, you simply need to enter your credit or debit card details. This is a secure payment method, and is particularly useful when paying in a different currency.

What size is A1 and A2?
A1 size measures 841 x 594mm, and A2 size measures 594 x 420mm. A1 is the most commonly requested size.

As these are large items, a courier service is used - for a standard price of £15.99. The advantage of this is that I can let you know the exact date on which to expect the arrival of your parcel.
